Danbo figure, Danboard, or simply Danbo originates from the Japanese comedy manga series Yotsuba&! by Kiyohiko Azuma. It is in this Japanese manga series, where the character Miura Hayasaka dresses up in a cardboard box robot suit.
The first Danbo figure was released back in 2007. Now Danbo figure is made of PVC/ABS plastic with a painted finish, movable joints and light up eyes.
