Malaysia Google Blocks The Innocence Of Muslims YouTube Video Access

I am sure many Malaysians have watched the short controversial video clip of “Innocence Muslims”, before Google Malaysia blocks YouTube access to this inflammatory anti-Islam movie.

The 13 minutes 52 seconds anti-Islam video which is said to be directed by 65-year-old softcore porn director named Alan Roberts, has also been blocked in various countries, which include Indonesia, India, Libya and Egypt.

However, at the time of writing, the trailer of this low-budget poorly-made sword-and-sand flick “Innocence Muslims” video can still be viewed from other video-sharing sites.

According to The Star, MCMC chairman Datuk Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi said the commission and Google would “continue to work together to ensure that the offending content is unavailable.”

Personally, I find this trash not only it is offensive to Islam and Muslims, but to people who love watching quality movies. Most of the desert scenes were shot indoor, using a blue screen.

You can see the actors “floating” against the sandy desert background.

Oh yes, you can even see actors walking across the sandy ground as if on top of a sheet of glass without leaving any footprint.

Then there is this scene of a guard so-called wearing a black helmet-like headgear is actually painted on his bald head!

From the video clip, it is obvious this blasphemous film is an attempt to enrage Muslims.

By the way, I’m sure you still remember in 2005, the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten published 12 editorial cartoons, most of which depicted the Islamic prophet Muhammad which sparked heated protests across the Islamic world.
