On Friday (9/11/2012), there was a small group of protestors against the Automated Enforcement System (AES) near Lumut MP Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha’s service center in Sitiawan.
The protest was organized by Bantah AES, Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia, Angkatan Muda Keadilan Selangor information chief Saifullah Zulkifli, Teja assemblyman Chang Lih Kang, Pasir Pinji assemblyman Thomas Su and other local leaders from Pakatan Rakyat.
As reported in The Star, the AES had led to a 73% reduction in road accidents since it was implemented five weeks ago. Here is a list of AES camera location in Malaysia.
