Mee Suah Noodles From Grocery Store At Pasar Baru Bukit Bintang

One of my favorite Chinese noodles is mee suah or some spelt it as miswa. I remember when my dad was around, he would always make me a large bowl of mee suah soup together with hard-boiled eggs on my birthday.

I remember one of the best mee suah noodles around is those manufactured in Muar, Johor. Recently I found this so-called vegetarian mee suah manufactured by Hing Kiat Trading from one of the stores in the wet market of Pasar Baru Bukit Bintang at Jalan Melati, Kuala Lumpur.

What I like about this miswa noodles is it is not salty and it doesn’t become sticky. Some other misua when it is cooked, can be very sticky and it all lumped together.

So next time if you are having your breakfast at either Ah Weng Koh Hainan Tea or Keng Swee Cafe at Pasar Baru Bukit Bintang, check out this wonderful mee suah noodles from one of the grocery stores there.
